Someone commented on my August 13 post http://bbworkswell.blogspot.com/2008/08/how-do-you-get-two-from-one.html recommending I take a look at your visual archive and it was love at first sight. I can't pretend to match the graphic skills you bring to the party but I feel there is a need to provide an enthusiastic viewpoint on everyday stuff and I do my best, relying mainly on words. Also, I have a semi-serious question. Would a well-designed piece of kit look superior to something badly designed when both were disassembled? It's a non-question, of course. The result would depend on how good the collage was. I suspect you'd instinctively do a better collage of the former rather than the latter. Can't wait for your magnum opus - the disembowelled washing machine.

Sorry about the snafu. Didn't pay enough attention to the sources. But the sentiments stand even if they were directed to the wrong person.
