Tried these but they seem to have a life of only about 10 charge cycles before expiring. In my wireless Mighty Mouse they never showed above 60% even when newly charged, which indicates they never get up to 1.5v.

Neat idea. Another is the Battery Caddy made by www.toolsaviation.com Great way to store and transport your batteries once they are re-charged!
