Avalanches present the greatest risks for passionate tour skiers and serious mountain climbers. 20% of deaths are due to burial in snow and 20% are due to traumas. The survival chances of a burial victim are only 50%. In order to increase the survival chances of an avalanche victim, Snowpulse has developed the “Life Bag”, which consists of a backpack integrating an airbag. Fantastic idea!
