Amy Wang's graduate thesis project, Ametrica!, was recently honored as a winner in the Adobe Design Achievement Awards. Amy is a recent graduate from the School of Visual Arts MFA Designer as Author program. She discusses her process of discover and her intention to spread the message that the U.S. should adopt the metric system.

wow, that is an awesome idea. Plus it would make ordering stuff from the U.S. a little easier :)

I think the US should adobt the metric system, along with Liberia and Myanmar. A lot of international standards rely on the metric system (for example the "A" paper sizes, screws, etc) so the last 3 non-metric countries of the world should definitely do the jump...
