Marcus Levison-Hays’ Electrobike Pi (2007) combines the lightweight portability of a bicycle with speed and self-propulsion more akin to a motorcycle. A breakthrough in environmentally sound transportation, Pi may be the ideal for commuting transport. Considered a “human-electric hybrid,” Pi charges from any standard household outlet in 2.5–3 hours and can run on a single charge for 25–30 miles.

This is so cool Tina! It has swissmiss colors too. By the way, is NYC a bicycle possible city?

I'd actually love to give it a test ride!

I love that swoopy line.
@Sean It doesn't stop you from using the pedals. It just gives you the option of not having to. If you live in a city and are looking for ways to wean your auto dependence this might be a nice option for people who have health or other factors that would preclude the use of a normal bike. Like diabetes or hills. I'm assuming you don't live in Frisco.
On the other hand, it starts at $7,500.....
