The Japanese Ministry of the Environment has come up with a great guide on how you should wrap things using a traditional furoshiki (wrapping cloth). Fantastic find Reuben / MocoLoco!

I did all my Christmas presents last year based on this guide. It worked out quite well, and saved a heck of a lot of paper, as all of the fabric is reusable next year. I am a big fan.
