thats cool

I remember seeing a TV program a few years back that talked about the difference between buying a house and renting but investing excess in the stockmarket.

Even with less risky options and the increase in property value in major western cities in the last 10 years. Investing in the stock market was better. As the banks take a huge amount through your mortgage.
