Bloomframe by Hofman Dujardin Architecten in Amsterdam. As a two in one, balcony and window, the design gives “the possibility to use the surface of an apartment to the maximum.”

That's the coolest thing ever! I could definitely use this in my apartment...Love it...

I was really hoping to see what it looks like from the inside, but I haven't found any pics yet. Wonder if it's nice and finished or looks like a concave box when it's rolled up...
